Status analysis of different water washing processes for aluminum rods

There are four types of washing process for aluminum bar, namely, washing after alkali corrosion, washing after neutralization, washing after chemical polishing and washing after oil removal.Why water washing?
1. After alkali erosion, the surface of aluminum bar will be left with dalian's alkali corrosion tank liquid film, which is called alkaline washing.Aluminum bar after alkali corrosion is relatively difficult to clean, first of all, we should start from the Angle that is advantageous to clean product, the water of the first flume should keep temperature and alkalinity, do not want to replace water.In order to make the cleaning effect better, we can stir it properly.



2. This is the one step that must be washed at least twice - called the wash after neutralization.This washing we recommend the use of circulating water to clean, the aim is to protect normal oxidation groove, and because in neutralizing tank with nitric acid, aluminum rods to oxidation groove, if it is possible to form an oxide film, or the increase of the impurity in the oxidation groove, this will speed up the aging of oxidation tank.




3. Simply wash twice, after chemical polishing.After chemical polishing, some of the liquid will remain. For better cleaning, we recommend that the second tank use circular flow water wash.
4. When removing oil, some drugs and oil stain will be left, and the water will be washed after removing oil.Remove any remaining drugs and grease to prevent the subsequent cleaning of defective aluminum rods due to the oil stain.
After the aluminum rod is washed, many adverse conditions can be avoided. The method of washing depends on the specific situation.
