Transformer conductive wire can be divided into windings conductive wire and outgoing line two categories. The windings conductive wire form the circuit part of the transformer, and different types of wires are used according to the requirements of the transformer. Winding conductive wire is mainly include of enameled round aluminum wire, enameled flat aluminum wire, fibreglass enameled round aluminum wire, glass fibre covered round aluminum wire and flat aluminum wire, fibreglass bundle wire,etc.

Enameled round aluminum wire: small and medium power power transformers, pulse transformers, switching transformers

Silk covered, fibreglass covered round aluminum wire : high-frequency transformers, high-voltage transformers, pulse transformers
Glass fibre flat aluminum wire: high-power transformers.

The characteristics of the winding wire mainlydepend on the characteristics of the wire insulation, which determines its application. The characteristics of the wire insulation layer include the thickness of the insulation layer, breakdown voltage, heat resistance, adhesion, solvent resistance, mechanical strength and the like.

outgoing line is the transformer connected with the external circuit part, including the hard line (pins, pins), soft outgoing line, etc., the main consideration is the cross-sectional area, insulation properties, heat resistance, welding performance,etc.
